Following the big success of last release by 'Billy The Kid', G13 records turns up the heat once again with another rowdy release from their camp, this time featuring Ego Trippin who are highly respected in the jump-up Drum & Bass scene and have support from lots of big DJ's, and Tyke & Recipe who have caused a storm this year already, releasing tunes on some of the biggest labels with many more to come in the pipeline! Ego Trippin's track 'The Man With No Name' has an sinister old school western theme intro with gunshots and sinister horns and film samples, this really is a no nonsense bomb ready to be unleashed on your ears! When this tune drops its a mash up of breaks, ferocious bass and synths which will destroy any dancefloor, be warned, this is war music, as are all of the previous releases from G13, 'The self styled Manc Anger label'. On the flip we have Tyke & Recipes bass heavy track 'Flashback' featuring classic jungle samples and futuristic sound effects on the intro, the buildup to the drop lets you know something big is about to drop! Steppy beats and a huge warping bassline will catch you offguard, this is another nasty piece of music that will tear up any dancefloor!! Look out for Tyke & Recipe, these guys are going places believe!!!
